Chicken Tikka
Ingredients:
- Chicken tikka 4 pieces
- Dahi (Yogurt) whisked 4 tbs
- Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) ½ tbs
- Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 & ½ tsp
- Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) ½ tbs or to taste
- Chaat masala 1 tsp
- Kashmiri red chili (Kashmiri red chili) powder ½ tsp
- Garam masala powder ½ tsp
- Dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted & crushed 1 & ½ tsp
- Namak (Salt) 1 & ½ tsp or to taste
- Zarda ka rang (Yellow foodYellow color) ¼ tsp or as required
- Lemon juice 2 tbs
- Olive oil 1 tbs
Direction:
Chicken tikka pieces per marks / cuts.
In a bowl add whipped cream, ginger garlic paste,Cumin seeds,Red chili powder, chaat masala, kashmiri red chili powder, garam masala powder, Coriander seeds, Salt, yellow food colour, lemon juice and olive oil.
Now add chicken pieces and mix well and marinate in refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight.
Heat the BBQ grill / pan and grill on all sides and put olive oil in the pan.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for 30-40 minutes.
Serve with green chutney.
